Classroom

Our Classroom was designed with all you newbies in mind. It is a quick crash test course in cloth diapering that is (hopefully) easy to understand and to the point. Enjoy!

First, let’s “address the mess”. When you hear “cloth diapers”, what’s the first thing that crosses your mind? That’s right… POOP! Probably immediately followed by, “That’s disgusting!”, “I’m not touching it!”, and “You’re going to wash those where? I put my clothes in there!” Just relax for a minute and take a deep breath. Here’s a secret… cloth diapers are really not THAT bad.

Seriously, it’s not like you’re taking Jr’s finest work and throwing it into the washing machine with your best jeans and button down shirt to see who comes out on top. This is the 21st century and there are flushable liners, sprayers, and of course the old “plop” or “shake”.

If getting the poop in the toilet is what you’re afraid of and why you don’t want to cloth diaper, then you’ll be happy to know that you have to do the same thing with disposable diapers. No kidding. Pampers, Huggies, Luvs, all of them have it boldly stated right on the package. Even they know that burying large amounts of human waste isn’t good. So, you may as well save some green while you’re at it. How does something to the tune of over $1000+ per kid sound? We think it sounds a lot like money!
